Sikla USA was founded in 2011 and has grown significantly since then. Based in Suwanee, GA we need great people to sell, design, make and distribute our modular steel frames. Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive salary dependent on qualification and experience. Optional supplemental pay (performance-based team bonus). We also offer 401(k) retirement plan with a partial company match payment as well as a HI extra payment (in addition to the salary flat pay rate).
Vacation
All Sikla USA employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave per year (PTO), plus Georgia state public holiday schedule. Due to Sikla USA company closing between Christmas and New Year´s Day, our employees do not have to use their PTO days.
